Whats Included In Our Ceremonies

The initial meeting would be over a video call, where I will confirm the date and venue. Then, I will find out a variety of information, including their love story, and embarrassing stories from childhood, in order to create something personal to you.

I will prepare a draft script where I will give you guidance on what will happen and when. I will share some sample readings or poems from our extensive library. We can re-write this as many times as required. This needs to be perfect for you and your event.

 I will contact your venue to check timings, running order, the days plans etc. I like to visit venues whenever possible, especially if it's one i haven't attended in a long time, if at all, so I can familiarise myself ahead of the day.

I will have regular email or telephone communication whilst confirming the final draft script. The final draft must be confirmed no later than one week before your Ceremony. Once confirmed I will complete the official paperwork for the day to include copies of any readings, vows or poems that have been chosen.

Arriving in plenty of time on the day – I will be dressed appropriately to your venue surroundings, unless you require something different. I will have a quick chat to both of you when I get there either separately or together just to put your minds at rest and gently remind you of the running order. I am there as a guide to you so don't worry, you won't need to remember everything! I will have a quick chat to the others   involved in the Ceremony too to make sure they are happy with everything.
